As a bonus we were able to record the sets from a recent gig I did in Detroit at a place called PI in the suburbs. Me along with my wife had a very good time. The other dj's that played were Delano Smith(DT), Greg Grey(CHI) & Norm Talley(DT). Unfortunatly we did not get a chance to record Delano's set becasue his set started before we got there. However he did play the last few minutes of Norm Talleys set which has been recorded. Norm & Delano will be at Betty's on the 3rd Sunday of August.

This was a night with guest dj's Dream & Craig Alexander. This was a cool night. Unfortunatly I did not get Craigs mix becasue of a media space problem. But I did get my first set as well as Dream's set. My set goes into a little different style that as I usually do. I played a few Todd Edwards pices and a new one from Akfen and Nick Holder feat. Eartha Kitt. This also has Andre Harris's remix of Bernard badie feat. Dajae "Truth Hurts". Let me know what you think of this one

On this night at Betty's we had our first artist showcase with Veronique & Arron Carl from Detroit along with Smooth Agent artist Dajae singing the song she did with Bernard Badie called "Truth Hurts". Unfortunatly becasue of the way the system was set up for the show the other dj sets did not come out correctly but I did manage to get the sets from myself and Mr. Craig Loftis aka Grand High Priest. This was done the weekend of Chicago's Chosen few Picnic. We had a very nice crowd indeed....
